Food Allergies, Multiple Sclerosis & Diet: Optimum Health Report #357
This just came in…..
Thank you for your program and helping me, achieve the goals I had when I came to Center. I don’t have food allergies any more. My fatigue, and inflammation, inability to sleep, and constant pain due to immune system triggers are gone. I am not falling dead sleep after each time I eat, because I eliminated food allergies. Now I know what food to eat so my body does well. I don't have cravings for potatoes and sweets. That in itself is a miracle. I sleep well, work all day long and can think clearly. Thank you so much!
I can now achieve my goals and have no limits!
I brought my husband and my son to LWWC, and now they are also well on the road to a more healthy life.
Thank you for everything!!!”

What is Multiple Sclerosis?
According to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, “Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.) is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body.” (1)
Who Gets Multiple Sclerosis?
Multiple Sclerosis affects approximated 2.3 million people worldwide (2). Scientists are currently studying patterns of the disease and have found a variety of factors that could eventually determine the direct cause of M.S. These factors include:
What Causes Multiple Sclerosis?
There are several factors that can trigger Multiple Sclerosis:
- Environmental Factors - according to various epidemiologic studies, M.S. is more prevalent in areas far from the equator

Symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple Sclerosis and other autoimmune disease are notorious for their wide scope of symptoms. While one person can experience only a few to a varying degree, another can experience a multitude of symptoms on and off. - Fatigue – 80% of people will experience fatigue
- Vision problems – often a first symptom of M.S.
- Numbness or tingling sensation in hands or feet – often a first symptom
- Dizziness / vertigo
- Muscle weakness
- Muscle spasms – more common in the legs
- Depression – clinical depression is one of the most commons symptoms
Less common symptoms of M.S. include:
