Damaged DNA, Autoimmune Disease, Headaches & Prolozone: Optimum Health Report #362

Damaged dna, autoimmune disease, headaches & prolozone

Dear Readers,

Greetings all!

We have a new therapy at LifeWorks that I am very excited about. It’s called NanoVi.

This device is able to add an energetic wave length to distilled water that is both energizing, detoxing and heals your damaged DNA. Pretty interesting right?

In experiments they tested people’s urine for damaged DNA and found that many people from their exposure to chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, etc. have an overabundance of damaged DNA in their urine. After treatment with the NanoVi the level came down into a normal range. This is very good preventive medicine as damaged DNA could be a precursor to cancer. Below is a video where I explain it in a little more detail but please call us if you are interested in getting some NanoVi treatments. I would get a package of 10 and do it 3 times a week. It’s only 15 minutes and does not require any IV or blood draw. I think you will like what it does. I do!

Have a great week.

Autoimmune Disease

Autoimmune disease is triggered when the body’s immune system literally starts attacking itself. The immune system exists to protect the body from what it sees as “foreign invaders” such as bacteria and viruses.  In order to do this, the immune system must be able to differentiate between self and non-self.  When it fails to do this, it starts attacking healthy cells in the body because it thinks they are harmful.

What Causes Autoimmune Disease?
When a cell looks like a cell should, the immune system can recognize it as “safe” and will leave it alone.  However, if a cell changes its shape and becomes unrecognizable, that’s when the immune system starts an all-out attack, seeing it as a threat to the body.  Many things can cause a cell’s shape to change including exposure to toxins, drug use, smoking and gluten.

What are Autoimmune Diseases?
Many people ask “what is an autoimmune disease?” because few people are told by their practitioner “you have an autoimmune disease, now here’s what you do.”  It is more common to be diagnosed with the condition which was caused by the autoimmunity.  There are approximately 80 different forms of autoimmune disease including:

Autoimmune Disease Treatment
In conventional medicine, many autoimmune diseases are treated with immunosuppressive medication to suppress the immune system.  However, in doing so the patient can run a high risk of infection because the immune system can’t fight back, and so the body becomes vulnerable.  Other treatments many include supplementation to replace a substance that the body lacks, such as thyroid hormone, vitamin B12 or insulin.  A blood transfusion many be ordered if blood is affected and physical therapy many be required if the bones, joints or muscles are affected.

At LifeWorks Wellness Center, the first step in treating autoimmune diseases is to immunize the patient to their blood.  In this a simple, effective procedure where a small amount of a patient’s blood is taken and mixed with a homeopathic remedy.  This combination is then delivered back into the patient.  This re-programs the patient’s immune system and in many cases, begins the process of improving their symptoms toward recovery.

We have helped many patients regain their health from autoimmune disease and we would love to help you.  To schedule an appointment or for more information, please call our New Patient Scheduler at (727) 466-6789.

Patient Testimonial

“I have had chronic pain in various joints in my body from injuries or sports that severely impacted my life and mobility. For instance, the pain in my back and SI joints prevented me from exercising and sometimes I had trouble putting on my shoes or sitting up in bed in the morning. I was really nervous – I heard that the injections were very painful. But I really wanted some relief so I did it. Sue was great! She explained everything, she was gentle, and even though it hurt, it didn’t hurt as much as I expected and it was temporary. I had near immediate relief and I woke up the next day able to bend, put my shoes on and walk without pain! I’m looking forward to my next injections and even less pain!”

– Tara

About Dr. David Minkoff, Medical Director

Dr. David Minkoff graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1974 and was elected to the “Phi Beta Kappa” of medical schools, the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Fraternity for very high academic achievement. He then completed both a Pediatric Residency and a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at the University of California at San Diego. He worked at the University of California and Children’s Hospitals in San Diego as an attending physician in infectious disease while conducting original research on Ribaviron, a broad spectrum anti-viral agent to fight disease. He also co-directed a neo-natal intensive care unit and worked in emergency medicine. In 1992, Dr. Minkoff’s wife Sue, a Registered Nurse, became interested in nutrition and health and began to go to lectures from some of the experts in the field. At the time, Dr. Minkoff was pretty fixed in his view of traditional medicine and it took a lot of convincing to get him to come to one of these lectures. After hearing Dr. Jeffrey Bland speak, Dr. Minkoff had a eureka moment and began pursuing the alternative field with a vengeance. Based on this new knowledge Dr. Minkoff and his wife set up a small clinic in 1997 to help some friends with their medical problems. What began as an experiment blossomed into Lifeworks Wellness Center, one of the most successful clinics for complementary medicine in the United States. In the process, he gained expertise in Biological medicine, integrative oncology, heavy metal detoxification, anti-aging medicine, hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, energy medicine, neural and prolotherapy, homeopathy, and optimum nutrition. He studied under the masters in each of these disciplines until he became an expert in his own right. Dr. Minkoff is one of the most in-demand speakers in the field and wrote an Amazon best-selling book called The Search For The Perfect Protein. The demand for the products and protocols he discovered became a catalyst for founding BodyHealth.Com, a nutrition company that now manufactures and distributes cutting-edge nutritional solutions for the many health problems of today. Dr. Minkoff writes two free online newsletters, “The Optimum Health Report” and ”The BodyHealth Fitness Newsletter”, to help others learn about optimum health and fitness. Dr. Minkoff is an avid athlete himself and has completed 43 Ironman Triathlons. To keep his fitness maximal, he lives the lifestyle he teaches to others and tries to set an example for others, so they can enjoy a life free of pain and full of energy.
