After four and a half (12 in total) years of active symptoms due to Lyme disease and many coinfections – severe joint pain, fatigue, leaky gut, brain fog etc, I am finally regaining control of my life. I went from being an active, enthusiastic teenager to nearly bedridden in a matter of months. Thanks to Dr. Minkoff and the seriously incredible staff at LifeWorks my symptoms have almost completely disappeared and I am confident that those remaining will soon be gone.
With just 10 weeks of ozone therapy and a root canal extraction, I am starting to feel like a 22 year old should feel. The damage to my immune system occurred from years of immunosuppressant drugs and antibiotics has been reversed. Not only did I learn better ways to control my symptoms but also how to listen to my body. I am now the healthiest I have ever been!
