N.D. is a 50-year old female. When she first came to see me I tried to put my hand over her belly button during my routine exam and she pushed me away, saying that part of her body was extremely sensitive. I asked her if she wanted me to treat her, and when I explained it would involve injecting her belly button, she said “no way”.
