Dear Tamora,
I just wanted to say thank you for being such an amazing clinic manager. Not only do you do an impeccable job running and organizing the clinic but you also do an amazing job catering to the needs of each individual patient.
Whether it was putting me with someone specific in the IV room or promptly answering my email questions, you have always come through for me.
You even took time to chat with me and take my mind off of a blood draw (I don’t do well with those).
You take the time to show each patient that they matter and that’s an amazing quality.
