You know that feeling you get when you leave a doctor’s appointment and then immediately remember the question you wanted to ask? One of the best things about IPT at LifeWorks is that you get about 2 hours of undivided attention from the Nurse Practitioner. So all of the little (or big) things that we think of during the week, we get to talk about, and ask about, and Sue is never “in a hurry” because her sole focus the entire time is taking care of you. She answers all of our questions and every week we leave the appointment feeling reassured and optimistic. I know that the chemo is the reason for the appointment, but for my wife, the time we get to spend with Sue each week feels just as important as the treatment itself.
