Our Son Was Slipping Away After COVID. Lifeworks Restored Him

While at college, our son had COVID then, a year later, mononucleosis. After the mono, he didn’t bounce back and felt unwell from then on until he underwent treatment at the Lifeworks Wellness Center over a year later.

He was constantly fatigued with brain fog, depression, liver pain, neck pain, and more.

He was so debilitated that he left his first post-college job after 5 months, going out on short term disability.

Of course, we had been taking him to the standard medical doctors but they couldn’t even diagnose him.

Luckily, we heard of Lifeworks Wellness Center from a friend and, desperate, we took him here. Lifeworks diagnosed that he not only was harboring the COVID and mono viruses, but also several types of Lyme bacteria (Yes, we lived in a rural area and he was bitten by ticks as a teen but he never got sick, never got the bullet rash, so we didn’t realize the bacteria was hanging around.)

At Lifeworks, we learned that his body was just controlling that bacteria until it got overloaded by the addition of COVID virus and then EBV (mono) virus.

He had some hormonal imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, and we learned that the neck pain was a separate issue. Lifeworks has a lot of powerful ways to get the body to cleanse and balance itself again.

Lifeworks successfully treated the viruses, fatigue, brain fog, and other debilitating symptoms.

Turned out the neck pain was caused by partially torn ligaments on each side of his neck. Lifeworks didn’t treat that but provided an excellent referral to a practitioner who both diagnosed the problem correctly (finally) and referred us on for the best treatment. I was impressed that Lifeworks was also willing to say when something was out of their ballpark and then provide such a great referral.

Curtis went from going to the chiropractor twice per week and still spending most of each week in pain to, now, he goes once every 2 weeks and is not in pain, and the expectation is that his neck will improve further.

Here we are, a year later, and we have our son back. We had lost him and we got him back! Best money we ever spent.
