Did you know that in the most recent Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, the research shows that after studying brain scans of 1,000 cannabis users’ brains, there were signs of noticeable deficiencies of blood flow compared to non-users. The study shows a scary and obvious difference in blood flow in the hippocampus area of the brain for those that used cannabis. This area of the brain is where memory formation occurs. This part of the brain is severely affected with those that suffer from Alzheimer’s disease.
Alzheimer’s Disease is already at epidemic levels. Using cannabis would increase the risk majorly. The media has given a general impression that marijuana is a safe recreational drug, this research directly challenges that notion.
With drugs like cannabis and even Tylenol, there is no free lunch.
Buyer beware.
Have a great week.
