LifeWorks Success Story

We got this success story this week. It’s a miracle! But we are used to that!

“When I started treatment March 1, 2016 at LifeWorks I was literally at death’s door. I had been suffering for 18 years with IBS among many other symptoms. All doctors I had been to previously said I was fine but here is a pill, a drug that made symptoms worse. In January 2015 I had no energy left to hold a job and had to resign. By September 2015 I was losing cognitive ability and I had withdrawn from society. Unable to hold a conversation, the anxiety and tremors too much to bear, my neurologist said I was fine and to see a psychiatrist. By January 2016 I weighed 100 lbs and was unable to eat anything without terrible reactions; I had turned autoimmune. In February 2016, I learned about LifeWorks Wellness Center. Unable to walk, talk, think, sleep, eat, I scheduled a visit with Dr Minkoff. At my first appointment I saw success stories lining the hallway walls and hoped that would be me someday writing one. 4 months later, I am thrilled to share with you my success story!!!

Thank you Dr. Minkoff. It was your treatment plan that helped my body get what it needed to survive at a time when I had nothing left to give. I am 44 years old and this was the most difficult time of my life. Nothing about this was easy. It took dedication, persistence, and all the mental and physical strength I could find. I needed to find it within me to give trust to one last doctor after so many had failed me. After a month of treatment I started to see a few symptoms lifting; like my hair was no longer falling out. That was very encouraging. It was scary at first but in that month I learned the routine and got to know the LifeWorks staff. I started to feel a sense of comfort and support and looked forward to my appointments even though the detoxing was difficult I knew it had to be done to get well. Every couple weeks I reached more milestones of healing. There were times of setbacks but I focused on the improvements and learned what caused setbacks and adjusted. I just finished my 4th month of treatment and I start my new job on Monday. I have much healing still to do from the damage caused by pathogens but I have improved significantly. I look forward to building a new career. I would highly recommend LifeWorks Wellness Center.

Memorable moments of healing

1) IV Therapy-When I finished my 4th auto immune shot, I truly felt the autoimmune switch turn off. It was at this moment I knew I was in good hands and headed in the right direction. I started looking forward to my IV therapy and the wonderful treatment received in the IV room. Special thanks to Holly for her wonderful sense of humor, Mikala for her genuine caring and empathetic nature, and Wanda for her attention to detail. Thankful and a relief to get a Picc line and an even bigger relief when Jennifer removed it 4 months later.

2) Hocatt– I was always freezing cold, wearing sweaters everywhere I go. Since the 15th Hocatt treatment I have not had any more cold sensitivity. My temperature regulator is now fixed. I no longer bring sweaters everywhere I go and I can walk through the freezer isle in the grocery store with no problems. A special thanks to Amelia for her sweet caring personality. Always making sure you are comfortable in her Hocatt spa whether it was turning on soothing music, providing mineral water, wiping the sweat from your forehead, a support when times are tough and a cheerleader when times are good. Thank you so much Amelia!!!

3) Diet/supplements – I have gained 15 pounds in the 4 months I have been receiving treatments at LifeWorks, prior to treatment I was losing weight month after month and had reached 100 pounds. I now have muscle tone in my arms that I have never had before. Each month I feel stronger and stronger. 4 months ago I had sunken eyes, balance problems, and a frail/weak body and now I look like I work out at a gym, the best I have ever looked thanks to my treatment plan.

4) Homeopathic– I was not a believer in the beginning, but with special thanks to Jennifer who encouraged me to continue the homeopathics, reinforcing the fact that they will help, and Lisa for sharing her heartfelt stories of her daughter’s Lyme struggles. I found the strength to complete both rounds and by the 4th month I had successfully detoxed all toxins/chemicals/fungus from my body. Thank you Lisa for being such a great listener. I’m sure my first month I probably didn’t make much sense as I detoxed but you kept the conversations going like everything made sense. It was comforting. Also, thank you to all the LifeWorks Staff who helped in my success!!!”

Sincerely, K.H.

Have you been wondering if you should vaccinate your child?

Here is some data that you may find helpful.

Dr. Rachael is a family physician and was dutifully doing her job based on the education that she was given in Medical School. She had administered thousands of vaccines and recently had a change of heart. Her reasoning is very interesting and very eye opening.
She titles it:

An Apology Letter

By Dr. Rachael Ross

I’ve ordered thousands of vaccines in my career as a physician. Until recently I had never considered vaccine injury as more than folklore. Weeks ago I never would’ve believed a story about vaccine injured triplets….so the past few weeks have been difficult. I have struggled to make sense of all that I have seen and learned. I met a mother of triplets the other weekend, a very attractive white woman with years added onto her face and her smile. She recalled to me the day her triplets were born. She and her then husband were ecstatic that she was able to carry them for 36 weeks.

At the time, mom was so happy that they were inside of her long enough to mature, they were born perfectly healthy. I can totally relate since I am now twelve weeks post-partum. I had very similar worries carrying my little princess. Mom’s eyes dropped though as I gave her a hearty smile of excitement. The same day that her triplets were given their six-month check-up and vaccines, was the same day that all three of her kids checked out. She said it was as if someone replaced her children with new ones. They unlearned all they knew…regressed and screamed for days. I stood there motionless and speechless. She didn’t want my pity, nor my tears, she just wanted me to know.

I’m a new mom, a sister, an aunt, a cousin, a friend, and a family medicine physician. I’m from a small town called Gary, Indiana. As a matter of fact, I practice medicine about two blocks away from the house that I along-with my eight brothers and sisters grew up in. My Dad bought the house in the 60s, after he met my Mom. They both migrated to the Midwest to escape the blatant racial tension of the deep south, and the rest is history.

In our small town, the emergency room is named after my Dad for all the great medical care he has provided through the years. During the financial boom he even donated money to build part of it… He’s a pretty special guy; we both can sit and gush about each other for hours at a time. I’ve always been a Daddy’s girl.

I came back home to practice medicine in our small town after spending eight years in Nashville, TN. I did my undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University. After graduation I went to medical school at Meharry Medical College, my Dad’s alma mata, with my two sisters Ruth and Rebekkah.

Our family-run clinic is sometimes my pride and joy, and other times the bane of my existence lol. My brother Nathaniel is the director (he says he’s going to miss me being pregnant because I was much more pleasant). My Mom Ruthie is the manager (she expects us to wear our white coats even when the AC is out). My Dad, the smartest and most charming doctor I’ve ever met, is 86 and he still sees patients a few times a week. We also have a wonderful doctor named Shelly Sandifer in our clinic. She came to work with us after my sister Rebekkah passed away trying to have a child of her own. Dr. Sandifer has a lovely Bajan/British accent, a great sense of humor, and the patients love her. We practice community medicine every single day.

We treat families at our clinic. Sometimes I don’t have to ask patients much about their family history. I treat their aunts, uncles, parents, and sometimes even their grandparents…it’s the best feeling in the world. Our patients trust us to take care of them, and that is something that we all take very personally. When we say, “our family, treating your family…” we absolutely mean it.

We all took an oath to first and foremost “Do No Harm.” It’s been difficult. Throughout my tenure as a physician, I have watched while our academy has pushed certain medication that we find years later has been causing more harm than good…that hurts.

I have witnessed the vaccine schedule grow from 16 doses of 4 vaccines from birth to six years old when I was a child, to the current recommendation of 49 doses of 14 vaccines between birth and age six, and 69 doses of 16 vaccines between birth and the age of eighteen….and we’ve been giving them on-time, sometimes five shots a day to help kids ‘catch-up’, and all without question. Medical school and residency taught us all to do so.

I guess I can’t help but wonder if there’s a connection between the fact that when we had to give fewer vaccines we had fewer childhood diseases. It is only human to wonder. We had fewer learning disabilities, less asthma, less autism, and less diabetes. Autism in particular was 1 in 500 in the late seventies and it has now skyrocketed to 1 in 50. Why so many? Why so soon?

I am so sorry that I didn’t know that the government has paid out $3billion to families injured by vaccines through the VCIP (Vaccine Injury Compensation Program). As a matter of fact, I assumed that all vaccines were very, very safe. They have to be because we give them to everyone’s kids, right?!?? I am so sorry that I didn’t realize that there are tens of thousands of families on a list that have never received compensation because they couldn’t 100% prove that the vaccine created an injury (even though many of them can pinpoint the day and time that their babies’ lights dimmed).

And until recently, I had never heard of a CDC scientist/whistleblower named Dr. William Thompson (note, I can’t link to a story because even the article written in Forbes has been removed online). Dr Thompson was brave enough to come forward because his conscience was killing him. I feel like such an ignorant ASS to say the least.

Dr. Thompson revealed that a study conducted at the CDC showed a 236% increase in the rate of autism in African-American boys who received the MMR vaccine before the age of 36 months. He states that an internal decision was made to change the study results to demonstrate that there was no increased risk…and he feels really bad about all the lives he ruined.

The documentary Vaxxed plays a percentage of the four hours of voice recordings between the whistleblower/Dr. Thompson and another scientist. All of this would be impossible to believe without those recorded phone conversations.

Of course, I am Black mom, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. As a Black physician, with a mostly Black patient base, I am very, very concerned and very sorry. But I am also concerned as a person that loves all people and children regardless of race. What does this information about one vaccine on one group of children infer about all vaccines and all groups of children?

As a mom of a new tiny precious being and a doctor of many, I am left with so many questions: Should vaccines be delayed? Are any vaccines safe? If so, which ones? Are there more vaccine-injured victims that we even know about? Should genetic testing be conducted on all children before we assume that they can tolerate all of those vaccines?

And my most important question: Why won’t Congress subpoena Dr. Thompson so that we can really, really know the truth about this particular vaccine.
I have to thank Del Bigtree for taking the time to show me the data that I was inadvertently pretending not to see, and I really have to thank Dr. Thompson. Without this information, we would never have known, and it all would’ve just been written off as mishmash of conspiracy theories.
With what I now know, I cannot support mandatory vaccines for children. Some kids respond well to vaccines, but others do not. How can we be sure who will and who will not? Should we really sacrifice one for many? Parents have to have the right to choose! Parents have to make their own informed decisions. Parents deserve access to this information which has been buried so deep that even I, a practicing physician, hadn’t been aware of.

I apologize from the bottom of my heart to any children and parents that I have unknowingly harmed. I had no idea.

Please ask questions and make the time to go see the documentary Vaxxed. Form your own opinions, do your own research, and then talk to your physician. Demand to hear from Dr. Thompson, pass this information along to your loved ones, and start these conversations. We all deserve answers, and this is the only way to get any.

People keep asking me if I’m scared to speak about this. My realest fear is that we will continue to assume that these Moms are making this stuff up.

Sincerely,
Rachael L Ross, M.D., PhD

A Review of Lyme Disease and MS and Their Link to Worms in the Brain

By Jennifer Baer ARNP

As we know, organisms can create devastation on a system. They create symptoms that often go undetected and overlooked. Here, at LifeWorks, we believe that a diagnosis of Lyme disease is part of a bigger picture and never the picture alone. Hopefully, this article will continue to shed light on this vast issue in our modern world.

Pathologist, Dr. Alan MacDonald, found some interesting information. Five cases of Glioblastoma Multiformae, a deadly brain cancer, were tested and all were found to contain Borrelia Burdorferi. It is believed that the DNA Borrelia Burdorferi may interfere with cells and promote tumors.

Another interesting discovery was found with Lewy Body Dementia. It was shown that there is an Endosymbiant Borrelia living inside of nematodes, or parasitic worms in the brain. Endosymbiant means that they both gain benefit. The Borrelia gains life from the worm and the worm gains benefit from the Borrelia living inside it. They actually work together to promote longevity of their lives. The worm itself causes the havoc, the Borrelia remains benign to the body, until, the worm dies. Then, the Borrelia is released in the body and that is where it does its damage.

In January of 2016, an 80-year old male with a 20 year chronic Lyme diagnosis and a 10 year MS diagnosis, was found to have the above mentioned worms with Borrelia.

After this first case, 9 more CSF (Cerebro Spinal Fluid) with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) were examined and ALL were positive for nematode parasites – the parasites with Borrelia living inside of them.

In the 1880s, research scientists looked at parasites in farm animals. It was noted that they cause myelin and neural disease like MS. It was noted that the worms migrate through the brain causing neural degeneration, loss of myelin, similar to MS.

In the 1880s, pathology reports in animal brains showed MALACIA or softening of the brain where myelin, a coating around nerve fibers that supports nerve function, and neurons were was destroyed due to this wandering worm.

With the tissue samples that Dr. Macdonald has handled, he states this is the same for MS patients, a softening occurs in the brain. The report went further to say, weakness, incoordination, paralysis, dead and permanent neurological injury occurred which occurs in MS as well.

Animal Autopsy shows liquefaction of brain and spinal cord where the worm has passed. This is seen also in MS patients.

A precedent was set that worms caused illness by studying brains of animals. This was not addressed until 2016 with Dr. MacDonald. He studied the CSF, not the brain. He found a chalky appearance in the CSF after fixation and the worms were easily identified by darkfield with the naked eye.

This is groundbreaking information, setting a new course for reversing illness that is otherwise viewed as irreversible.

Here, at LifeWorks, this can be addressed and treated in a way that is easy, gentle and causes the least amount of side effects.

About Dr. David Minkoff, Medical Director

Dr. David Minkoff graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1974 and was elected to the “Phi Beta Kappa” of medical schools, the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Fraternity for very high academic achievement. He then completed both a Pediatric Residency and a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at the University of California at San Diego. He worked at the University of California and Children’s Hospitals in San Diego as an attending physician in infectious disease while conducting original research on Ribaviron, a broad spectrum anti-viral agent to fight disease. He also co-directed a neo-natal intensive care unit and worked in emergency medicine. In 1992, Dr. Minkoff’s wife Sue, a Registered Nurse, became interested in nutrition and health and began to go to lectures from some of the experts in the field. At the time, Dr. Minkoff was pretty fixed in his view of traditional medicine and it took a lot of convincing to get him to come to one of these lectures. After hearing Dr. Jeffrey Bland speak, Dr. Minkoff had a eureka moment and began pursuing the alternative field with a vengeance. Based on this new knowledge Dr. Minkoff and his wife set up a small clinic in 1997 to help some friends with their medical problems. What began as an experiment blossomed into Lifeworks Wellness Center, one of the most successful clinics for complementary medicine in the United States. In the process, he gained expertise in Biological medicine, integrative oncology, heavy metal detoxification, anti-aging medicine, hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, energy medicine, neural and prolotherapy, homeopathy, and optimum nutrition. He studied under the masters in each of these disciplines until he became an expert in his own right. Dr. Minkoff is one of the most in-demand speakers in the field and wrote an Amazon best-selling book called The Search For The Perfect Protein. The demand for the products and protocols he discovered became a catalyst for founding BodyHealth.Com, a nutrition company that now manufactures and distributes cutting-edge nutritional solutions for the many health problems of today. Dr. Minkoff writes two free online newsletters, “The Optimum Health Report” and ”The BodyHealth Fitness Newsletter”, to help others learn about optimum health and fitness. Dr. Minkoff is an avid athlete himself and has completed 43 Ironman Triathlons. To keep his fitness maximal, he lives the lifestyle he teaches to others and tries to set an example for others, so they can enjoy a life free of pain and full of energy.
