My overall impression from the start compared to other very highly regarded organizations like Bay Care and Moffitt was that the patients told the major story. Bay Care and Moffitt, as good as they are from a purely reputation standpoint, are filled with people who, for the most part, exemplify dying. The patients appear to be on more of a downhill trajectory and their attitudes reflect this. This perspective may be too harsh and is a reflection of my overall attitude.
