Those who have suffered with Lyme Disease understand the struggle of constantly taking medications that don’t help relieve any symptoms.

Many medical doctors, reports and articles will suggest that Lyme can be easily treated with antibiotics. The truth is, this condition is a lot more aggressive than what people believe, and depending on its stage, treating it can feel like a full-time job.

The only time antibiotics is effective in treating Lyme Disease is when the patient has recently been infected by a deer tick, and they should not be taken any longer than a 21 day period. Sadly, a majority of Lyme Patients don’t even realize that they have been bitten or don’t know that they have Lyme at all, causing the disease to spread and eventually transform into something more chronic. Many Lyme patients sometimes go their whole lives without receiving proper treatment and dealing with their symptoms, but this equates to a poor quality of life.

Unlike other conventional medical facilities, LifeWorks Wellness Center has a 90% success rate in treating its Lyme Patients. Those who have gone through their treatment program have reported feeling symptom free with their Lyme placed in remission. So what are the secrets to treating this disease that other doctors and/or facilities can’t figure out?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Different therapies have played a huge role in helping to eradicate bacteria from Lyme patients, and one of those therapies is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). During this treatment, the patient will inhale 100% of pure oxygen while sitting inside a hyperbaric chamber. The chamber is pressurized with air to above atmospheric levels and as a result, the oxygen levels in the body’s tissue increases to 10-15 times over that of normal conditions. HBOT was found to be very effective in Lyme treatments when researchers of the Texas A&M University discovered that a high pressurized environment developed oxygen levels that were strong enough to kill the Lyme bacteria¹. The treatment is not only useful for killing bacterium, but it is also beneficial in relieving various symptoms that are caused by Lyme such as brain fog, fatigue and body aches. LifeWorks Wellness Center provides HBOT to any patient fighting autoimmune disease, cancer, and, of course, Lyme Disease.

Hbot is a safe and effective therapy that delivers pure oxygen to the patient in a pressurized chamber, allowing the lungs to take in very high levels of pure oxygen.
Ozone therapy works against a variety of diseases and as a natural detoxifier, antiviral, antibiotic, antifungal & antiparasitic

Major Autohemotherapy (MAH)

Another highly popular ozone therapy is Major Autohemotherapy (MAH), which is an intravenous treatment that involves drawing blood from the patient, mixing it with medical grade ozone gas, and returning the new oxygenated blood into the system. MAH has various benefits that it can provide to patients, especially to those experiencing Lyme. It can stimulate white blood cells to build a stronger immune system, it kills bacteria and viruses within the blood, and it dissolves the toxins within the body.

Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation & Ozonation (EBOO)

A brand new treatment, EBOO is a more advanced version of the MAH IV. It is a type of ozone therapy that is designed to extract environmental toxins, chemicals or bacteria from the bloodstream. Similar to MAH, EBOO ozonates the blood. In contrast to MAH, EBOO uses a dialysis machine and the patient is injected with two separate catheters instead of one and adds oxygen to the blood. An IV in one arm will draw blood and send it through a filter, oxygenate it with O3, extract all chemicals, bacteria and pesticides, and send it through the second catheter in the other arm to return the blood back into the body. This therapy slightly differs due to its ability to filter out a majority of the body’s toxic elements, including Lyme bacteria. This ability boosts the effectiveness of the treatment as a whole, and most patients often report feeling relief from symptoms after the third or fourth EBOO treatment.

Pulsed magnetic field therapy (mas mat) supports the metabolism & increases blood flow throughout the body

Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF & MASMAT)

Lyme patients that suffer with joint pain symptoms will be recommended to seek Electromagnetic Field Therapy. At LifeWorks, there are two types of treatment that are provided to patients: PEMF therapy which uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to treat a specific area of the body and MASMAT which is a mat that patients lie on and the magnetic fields treat the whole body.  The longer that Lyme disease lingers within the body, the more damage that it can do to our muscle and bone tissues, which can result in joint pain developing and even cause more chronic joint conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and many others. PEMF is designed to regenerate tissues, enhance the synthesis of protein in cells and reduce any types of inflammation. MASMAT on the other hand will help support the enhancement of self-healing, increased circulation, and better nutrition for cell development. As a whole, both of these treatments will relieve Lyme patients of their Lyme pain, while also using a non-invasive approach.

Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology (HOCATT)

HOCATT requires patients to sit in a machine that will enclose their body from the neck down and supply them with a comfortable heated temperature, CO2 and Ozone gas.  The CO2 will open up the pores to allow the ozone to penetrate the skin. Different lights will beam within the machine that generate different healing effects. All in all, this treatment can help with chronic muscle and joint pain, blood flow, nerve damage, inflammation and can even provide an energy boost. All of these can benefit those suffering with chronic infectious diseases such as Lyme.

Lifeworks clinic recommends thehocatt therapy for various chronic conditions

Depending on how chronic the condition is, some Lyme patients at LifeWorks may be ordered other treatments such as the Myers’ Cocktail IV, Glutathione IV, Autoimmune Injection or Neural Therapy. Also, all Lyme patients will be required to take different supplements and will be put on certain diets to help them maintain proper nutrients while also making sure that they’re not consuming foods that will empower the bacteria.
