Optimum Health Report #341

Optimum Health Report

I used to love bread. According to the bible and dozens of other cultures it’s the staff of life. Pure golden wheat bread – smell the aroma of freshly toasted bread!

But alas, no more. I can’t eat it. Makes me bloat and after a couple of days my joints hurt. This has been true for years.

Beginning some years ago, a big chemical corporation with the reputation of the most evil corporation in the world, starts with “M” and ends with “O” began producing an herbicide called glyphosate or Roundup. It kills all plants except the genetically modified ones created by the M corporation. They aren’t killed by Roundup but the organisms in the soil that nourish the plants are. The GMO canola, soy, corn and also wheat are saturated with the stuff during their entire growth cycle. Our bodies or the environment have never seen these frankenstein-monster toxins before. Ever in over 2 million years of existence. In us, they produce leaky gut, allergies, arthritis and inflammation throughout the body, auto immune disorders and even cancer. It has been named by the California legislature as a “probably human carcinogen.”

It is also used as a drying agent for wheat crops before harvest.

Glyphosate and GMO crops are banned in France and Russia.

In my opinion the gluten sensitivity epidemic is due to GMO crops and Roundup. It is an epidemic.

I routinely measure glyphosate levels on all patients. ALL have glyphosate in their urines. In fact I have never seen a negative. Glyphosate is present in 75% of all rain samples in the US.

To be healthy we need to eat healthy. Wheat unfortunately is not healthy these days for almost everyone.

Eat organic, stay away from GMOs and be very careful of what you put in your mouth.

It could kill you.

Have a great week and Happy Holidays to all.

Patient Testimonial

“I came to LifeWorks because no other doctors would do the in-depth blood work to find out what was wrong. But even before the blood work came back, Jennifer had already diagnosed all of what other doctors did not see. My first treatment was 1/24/17 and I started to see a difference by the end of the second treatment. By 2/26/17, I was noticing big improvements. When I first came in, I had lost hair in a few spots. By 2/26/17, it was growing back all over due to treatments. I want to thank GOD for putting these wonderful people here!”

In recent years there has been an increase in childhood health issues accompanied by an increase in the use of prescription drugs to handle them. It is now estimated that 1 in 150 children have autism spectrum disorders and that 4.4 million youths aged 7 to 21 have been diagnosed with A.D.H.D. by their healthcare practitioner.

It is usually parents who first notice “something strange” about their young child’s behavior.  He or she may not play imaginatively with toys or other children, they may seem uninterested in what’s going on, may talk to people in an odd, repetitive way, paying little attention to their responses.  Some autistic children also behave in a challenging way, screaming, biting and kicking other people, perhaps because they are anxious and frightened.  One theory is that autistic children are super sensitive to certain sounds, which can make them irritable, frustrated and even hysterical.

The most susceptible children appear to have a detoxification system that is slow in removing heavy metals like mercury and other toxins that have entered their bodies.  With this slow detoxification system, the toxin levels accumulate and cause injury to the brain and other systems resulting in the problems we see in autistic children.

Many of these children are prescribed drugs such as Ritalin, Paxil, Risperdal etc., for their symptoms which may mask the symptoms and not remedy the underlying cause.
