I love the ozone sauna. It consistently perks me up and helps me keep my head above water with my health challenges.
I recently increased from once a week to twice a week and the other day I realized this may have been the change that has allowed me to feel good enough to get onto my treadmill and walk/jog a bit. Hallelujah. Thanks to Amelia, Dr. Minkoff and all the staff!
