Full of Optimism & Desire to Live!

I feel wonderful today.

Zero hangover from food, a great mood, and lots of energy.

I was able to ride my bike first thing in the morning, when typically it takes me a few hours to recover.

My hopelessness is gone, and I have a renewed desire for life. I believe in this program.

I am starting to feel like I am 12 years old again, I have days of feeling very clean inside.

I normally have about 4-5 bad days a week. Last week I had 6.5 GOOD days!!!! The only bad day happened when I cheated with my diet, which was to be expected, but even then the reactions were so much less severe than usual.

The mood swings have decreased dramatically, and I’m in the part of my hormone cycle where things are typically much worse.

I am starting to see how amazing life can be, and I am so grateful for Dr. Minkoff and his amazing staff.
