The BPC-157 Peptide

BPC (Body Protecting Compound) is a peptide composed of 15 amino acids that are derived from human gastric juice and contain natural healing abilities for different kinds of tissues within the system.

Whether you’ve suffered from a previous (or current) injury or accumulated a buildup of bacteria within the gut due to environmental toxicity, if one’s cells become damaged due to these underlying causes, the body releases a special chemical that triggers a reaction from the immune system. This natural response releases antibodies and proteins causing an increased blood flow called inflammation.

While having inflammation is a sign that your body’s immune system is fulfilling its purpose, chronic inflammation can have negative long-term effects on the body and can even play a role in the development of certain diseases. When a patient has chronic inflammation, LifeWorks Wellness Center provides a wide range of treatment options, one of them being BPC-157.
