Neuroendocrine Cancer Treatment
Neuroendocrine Cancer is a type of cancer where neuroendocrine cells develop into tumors. Neuroendocrine cells have qualities of nerve cells and hormone-producing cells. These cells release hormones into the blood in response to the nervous system. Neuroendocrine cancer tumors typically develop in the appendix, lungs, pancreas, digestive tract or rectum but can develop anywhere.
There are many different types of neuroendocrine tumors but most are classified into 2 types:
- Carcinoid tumors – arise in the digestive tract, lungs, thymus or appendix but can also develop in the skin, testicles, ovaries, brain, bone and the lymph nodes.
- Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (referred to as islet cell tumors) these primarily develop in the pancreas, but they can occur outside the pancreas as well.
It is estimated that more than 12,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with a NET each year, and there are approximately 175,000 people with this diagnosis.

New Treatments for Neuroendocrine Cancer Tumors
If you’re looking for a top neuroendocrine cancer treatment center or exploring new neuroendocrine cancer treatment options, you’ve come to the right place. For over 23 years, we’ve offered new treatment options for Neuroendocrine Cancer. And while conventional treatment for Neuroendocrine Cancer usually involves surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, systemic drug therapy, and immunotherapy, we offer a gentler, less toxic approach.
Our clinic offers a combination of both conventional and alternative treatments for Neuroendocrine Cancer. Our experience has shown this combination to be effective for Neuroendocrine Cancer and a variety of cancers, for over two decades.
We offer a powerful integrative and complementary treatment for Neuroendocrine Cancer. This means we can use conventional approaches as needed but we use very powerful alternative & holistic treatments as well.
Our treatments are designed to fight Neuroendocrine Cancer tumors, strengthen your immune system and change the underlying conditions of the body so it can muster its full healing potential. We also work on the underlying reasons why your body may have become predisposed in the first place.
Seeing our Doctors
When the doctor sees you, he will review your case history, review labs, scans and discuss your situation.
As a result of your time with the doctor, he may request further additional testing and will explain our approach to your particular situation and recommend a treatment program for your particular situation.
Since your initial visit at LifeWorks is likely to be longer than other office visits you’ve had, you should plan to be at our offices a full half-day.
Treating Neuroendocrine Cancer Tumors
Don’t mistake our holistic Neuroendocrine Cancer tumor approach for being gentle with it. It’s not. It’s very aggressive with cancer but much gentler on your body. The program is tailor-made for you, to aggressively and swiftly kill cancer cells.
In some cases, our alternative Neuroendocrine Cancer treatments alone may be the best initial approach and could do the trick all by themselves. However, it may be advised to use a special very low-dose chemotherapy treatment option. This treatment does the maximum damage to cancer cells and the least amount of harm to the rest of your body.
Supporting the Body
While attacking the cancer, we’ll use a mix of complementary therapies to support your entire body so it can affect maximum healing. Our Neuroendocrine Cancer treatments & therapies are restorative and work together with the cancer treatment protocol to increase your body’s natural energy production so it can fight harder, repair and heal.
Building up the Immune System
We’ll get your immune system in tip-top shape too, so it can put up the maximum offense and a strong defense. By taking away the barriers to a properly functioning immune system, it can better identify and eliminate cancerous cells in the body.
Enhancing Detoxification
We’ll optimize your detoxification pathways, so your body is better able to eliminate any toxins that could have been a factor in predisposition. Your body’s natural detoxification organs and systems may be compromised, affecting your immune system and contributing to cellular dysfunction and robbing your body of its health, energy, and resources.
Nourishing the Body
We’ll also design a diet to follow while on this regimen, that is designed to starve the cancer cells of the fuel they use to survive and replicate. Cancerous cells have been shown to have a dysfunctional cellular metabolism and we’ll use this to our advantage to weaken them so our cancer treatments and your immune system can kill them off.
We’ll also thoroughly nourish your body using superior nutrition, nutritional IVs and the very best supplements.
An Integrative Approach to Neuroendocrine Cancer
This is a whole-body approach to cancer, unlike anything you’ve experienced.
We have successfully treated hundreds of cancer patients for over two decades using this state-of-the-art, integrative and complementary approach. It’s gentle on the body but extremely tough on cancer.
We invite you to explore all your treatment options thoroughly and encourage you to reach out to us to schedule a consultation so you can learn all about a more natural, less toxic approach to treating cancer.
Neuroendocrine Cancer Tumor Treatment Tools
Below you will find more information about some of the tools we use to battle Neuroendocrine Cancer and you can read and watch cancer recovery testimonials.
Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT)
Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT) is a very low-dose form of chemotherapy
IPT is a real breakthrough in the treatment of many forms of cancer. It is now widely recognized that cancer cells are always hungry for sugar – it feeds them and makes them grow and multiply. So, by giving the patient some insulin, the cancer cells are tricked into believing that sugar is in the body and on its way to them and they open wide to receive it. These sugar-hungry receptive cells are then given a reduced dose of chemo (about 10% of a traditional dose) which directly targets the cancer cells, leaving the healthy cells mostly unharmed.
IPT Has Fewer Side Effects
Because the patient is receiving a smaller dose of chemo, the patient does not usually experience debilitating hair loss, nausea or the other symptoms which regular chemotherapy patients experience and less damage is being done to healthy parts of the body and there is much much less toxicity introduced into the body.
Ozone Therapy Packs a Punch
We complement Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT) with ozone therapy since cancer cells struggle to survive in an oxygen-rich environment. Ozone therapy energizes healthy cells and increased energy levels may improve the fight against cancer.
Hyperthermia Therapy Supercharges Treatment
Hyperthermia is the application of heat to parts of the body to increase blood flow and enhance the efficient delivery of oxygen and nutrients. It also super-charges & enhances our low-dose chemotherapy (IPT) protocol.
For decades we’ve witnessed the miraculous benefits of I-Therm as part of a comprehensive cancer treatment program; cancerous tumors shrink; pain is alleviated; neurological conditions improve and healing occurs more rapidly.
IV Therapies Strengthen Immune Function
We also strengthen the patient’s immune system with IV Therapies and oral nutritional protocols which maximize the potential for recovery.
