Dear Dr Minkoff and LifeWorks Staff,
I just wanted to write a little Success Story from my experience at LifeWorks Wellness Center. There is something about this facility, its staff and treatments that are unparalleled with anywhere else and truly one of a kind.
From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so kind and so accommodating, but it goes way beyond that. Every single staff member is so confident in their field and so informative while you are getting your services. Getting different treatments and needles put in your arm and going through different physical reactions can be overwhelming but I always feel so safe in the arms of each and every staff member. They know exactly what to say to make you feel comfortable and take the best care of each of their patients.
The IV room, its teamwork and how they all work in unison, is amazing to watch. I find that the LifeWorks staff really has each other’s backs and they really want to make sure that the patient gets the best care possible. The machine that they are running is so impressive, while taking care of people in different stages of their health journey.
I also always feel amazing after my treatments! LifeWorks is truly amazing and just keeps getting better and better!
