Is it Adrenal Fatigue or Chronic Exhaustion?

Adrenal fatigue and chronic exhaustion

I just ran across a very good synopsis on molecular hydrogen. I use it myself and put every patient on it for the following reasons.

Molecular Hydrogen functions as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and causes sick cells to die (autophagy), and has protective effects on cells and organs and the ability to mitigate a variety of diseases. It can indeed be useful to overcome fatigue, develop stamina and improve tolerance of hot weather. In general, it is a valuable option for sedentary people whose metabolic powers have declined.

I always use it after a hard workout to clear out the free radicals that it generates. For example, today I ran 8 miles in the 98 degree heat and as soon as I got home, I took a double dose of BodyHealth Electrolytes plus two tablets of the hydrogen in a pint of water. I could feel the relief immediately. Of course, I then jumped in the cold plunge for 5 minutes.

This paper describes the alkalinizing effects and significant anti-oxidative effects which can help after extreme heat exposure or exercise.

In a clinical trial by scientists in collaboration from Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania) and London (Ontario, Canada), it was found that the consumption of H2-rich water for 8 weeks resulted in the following effects from baseline to week 4.

  1. 39% increase in antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD)
  2. 43% decrease in thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) in urine. TBARS are damaged fats from oxidative stress.
  3. 8% increase in high density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol
  4. 13% decrease in total cholesterol/HDL-cholesterol

This study shows how drinking H2-rich water can indeed be a therapeutic and preventive strategy for metabolic syndrome and it’s part of our cancer treatment program.

If you haven’t tried this, I suggest 1 tablet of BodyHealth Molecular Hydrogen in 6-8 ounces of water three times daily for a month.

You will feel the regenerative effects and it seems to help with blood sugar control.

Have a great week.
